- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp cinamon
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
1. Preheat the oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
3. Spread onto baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
I served it over Dahl/Rice.
