- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
- 1/4 cup craisins
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients, and place into muffin cups.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.
